This is a bad company and it breeds bad people. They will threaten you and write you up if you don't drive equipment with DOT violations. Their trucks have 2-way cameras with motion sensors so you're constantly under surveillance and are harassed about it. They don't pay any overtime and they don't pay all on-duty/drive time as their ads deceptively state. They handle everything by phone since they don't have local terminals, and they will ignore you and hang up on you all the time. They don't provide training and instead just make you sign a bunch of online documents to cover themselves from lawsuits. They make the pay look attractive on... read full review

The 10roads express out of west Fargo really sucks. They will let you go of your job without any notice after you put in a 2weeks in. Before your noted date for leaving the job. They don’t communicate any with drivers at all

I drove for this company before and during thier transition from Hoovestol Inc to the now 10 Roads Express. There is little to no communication, trying to get in touch with your dispatcher is impossible, they NEVER answer their phone, the equipment is absolute cr@p, falling apart,, constant mechanical issues,, old,, run down,, SUPER high mileage and the pay is not that great. Poorly managed as sometimes you would come into work and you wouldn't have a truck available to do your job or somebody took the keys home with them for the only truck that was running.. it was a complete and utter s#!tshow.
