I would give this place five starts. They are professional. The staff talks through each step. I was able to hold my little pup while she was getting a shot. They took great care of Coco and I trust the team. They are on time, they talk through everything, and they answer all your questions.
Figured out we had no AC over the weekend. Called in around 8:15 Monday morning and they were here by 10:30! Ben was our tech. Very kniwledgeavle, professional, personable and efficient. What more could you ask for?! We've used Better Air in the past and same experience every time! I would definitely recommend them to anyone! Great job Better Air!!!!
We had a generator installed and our electrician, Cam, was 10/10! He was very helpful answering all our questions. At the end of install he gave us a quick overview. Great, loving place, that is very clean, with a separate entrance especially for cats. The main entrance is easily assessable with no stairs and a nice sized waiting room and reception desk which gives dogs space to avoid becoming hyper responsive to cats. The technicians are kind, friendly and patient. It is staffed with 4 veterinarians that are good listeners, gentle animal lovers, great communicators, and very well educated in veterinary science.
I had an older water heater enter lockout mode. I tried several times to get it out of lockout mode. Nothing worked. Rather than just assume it was gone I figured i would spend the $130 on a service call and see if an experienced technician could solve the problem. The technician advised me that he could not get it out as well. He was honest and told me the part needed ($600) was not worth replacing due to the age (15 yrs) of the water heater. He was very forthright, knowledgeable, and honest. I will absolutely use them again.
Caron Fence installed fencing at my home a couple of years ago and I have been thrilled with the results. The esthetics are beautiful, the fence is sturdy and my two golden retrievers can run and play freely in a safe environment.
