I walked in with 45 minutes before close and caught what seemed to be the only employee behind the counter. I wish I would have caught his name too but I didn't. He was incredibly helpful, informative, and patient with me being a beginner with my machine. Diagnosed the issue (really more of an oversight on my part, admittedly) and set me on the right path free of charge. Thank u mystery man of Viking Village. I will be recommending their services to anyone who needs them.
I had the best experience dropping off, a brand new to me, Husqvarna Viking 875 quilt machine to be serviced. The gentleman took the time and matched my enthusiasm showing me some basic mind blowing (to me) features on this machine.
Not only did he take the time to show me some basic features on the Husqvarna, he also was able to help me figure out what was going on with my HD Singer!!!
I am very new to sewing and this just helped me feel more confident in myself and connections in the sewing industry!
I took my very unhappy Janome to Viking Village expecting to have to leave it and then pay a hefty repair bill….. instead after a bit of tinkering and digging , I got a fully functioning machine and NO CHARGE!!!!
