I had them clean my 100% wool area rug.. he brought it back looking brand new. I now have had it down for 5 years with 2 dogs, 2 cats, and me who spills everything.. there is a lot of nasty dirty on this rug.. I called today to come pick it up. I have total confidence it will come back looking beautiful!!

I was able to get an appointment when I wanted and got prompt call backs and notifications of when they would be at my house When they came they were quick and made absolutely no mess setting up and did a GREAT job. A couple of difficult stains remained on some very light colored carpet. They were very pleasant and came back the next day to get those out We were thrilled with their service!

I scheduled a cleaning with Sam in the summer to clean our carpet that had been under the abuse of three basset hounds and a toddler. He was incredibly friendly and had provided me with some great background information about how lots of people notice pet odors in the summer because of the increased humidity. He was absolutely right! I was able to get them out here (Gary-New Duluth) within about a week.Josh and Louis came out and were punctual, friendly, and very efficient!
