Rock Hill installed a radon system in a property in Grand Marais. Good install and system. Minor miscommunication on location for install, Dan took care of it and stood behind his work. Would recommend working with Rock Hill Radon to others.
I needed an inspection for the house I'm buying, and Dan was recommended to me by my real estate agent. Let me tell you this: he was awesome! He was very professional, allowed me to be in the house with him during the inspection, and pointed out everything that would need to eventually be fixed (minor stuff) or needed to be fixed soon (the major stuff). He actually explained everything to me in a respectful manner that made me, an absolute beginner to all things house-related, understand the issues at hand way better. Rock Hill Radon installed a Radon Mitigation System in my home. He was very efficient, on time, and used quality materials. Responded to my calls immediately and answered questions I had. I highly recommend their service. The company is veteran owned.
