My experience with *** is only because they managed my mothers finances and seemed to do well by her. No complaints there. When my mom passed, there was the paperwork to file, which I understand, and wanted the estate funds deposited into my account. Part of this process was for me to open an *** account , even though the funds were to be deposited into my checking account. The funds went into my *** account and not into my checking and as a result lost money almost immediately. The financial advisor assigned to my account was seriously lacking in service and clarity of information. I finally was able to transfer the funds out, but not before funds continued to diminish. Very poor form on my end. But my mom seemed to be taken care of.
