We chose a package that included engagement photos - we highly recommend this option because it allows you to get to see how Brett takes photos before the actual day. He is a true professional: he has any lens you would need, along with backups of all his equipment in case something goes wrong. The pictures turned out exceptionally nice, and were delivered without a fuss. We chose a package that had two photographers, which was definitely the right decision. Brett's friend Clint was the second photographer, and they worked extremely well together. It was nice to get multiple angles of key moments - for example, walking down the aisle. We had a Catholic wedding that was a part of a mass, and Brett and Clint were very respectful and knowledgeable regarding the church, the priest, and the liturgy. They were with us all day - before the wedding, during the ceremony, after the wedding at two separate locations, and even the reception (4 different locations in one day). From a professional standpoint, there is nothing more you can ask for.
However, our favorite part about working with Brett is the relationship we built with him. He went out of his way to schedule appointments where we could discuss exactly what we wanted during the day. He was a great communicator, and went above and beyond to help us plan what our day would look like. Since neither of us had been to many weddings before our own, Brett was able to help with many of the planning elements that we hadn't thought of.
