We had an egress window well replaced. The whole experience was absolutely fantastic, from the time they came out to give an estimate, to the time the window well was installed! Extremely nice and professional people to work with. One setback, however. The wrong window well was delivered so we had to reschedule for a month later. With that said. They made every effort to get us on the schedule as soon as the right window well came in. I want to give a special kudos to the crew that came out to install. They were fantastic! Great company! Great people! Thank you!

Over the last 2 years we have had a lot of work done at our house for various reasons, and with various companies. Northern States Basement Systems was the best in all of our dealings with other companies. Sarah, Justin, Tyler, Peter, & Austen fully understood that we wanted to block all possible entry points for mice, and other critters from entering our home. They were helpful in providing us with options. They took time to answer all of our questions and to explain the process. The integrity of the staff and confidence they showed us proved the pride they take when doing a job.
