Needed service because of a failure to start cranking error. Got service in three days. The Tech adjusted the propane regulator. He emailed me an excellent report detailing what he did. I was out of town at the time.

Marshall, tech from Midwest Electric and Generator arrived on time. Very personable. Told him the problem with the generator. Had it diagnosed and fixed in less than twenty minutes. Provided me with a full explanation of the repair/adjustment. Reviewed specifics that I could do to keep system operational.
Very pleased with the professionalism of this company. Used them several years ago when a control board failed on our generator. They did a great job then and now. Would recommend without reservation. Midwest Electrical and Generator know their stuff.
