Krause installed our propane furnace and AC in the fall of 2022 and removed our old oil furnace and tank. We were having issues getting a propane tank delivered, they installed the furnace and AC anyway, when the tank was finally delivered they were here within an hour to get our heat going. Recently, with this cold snap, our furnace stopped running. We called Krause, got a call back within 10 minutes, and Bill said to get a heat gun and thaw out our regulator. We were offered an immediate service call but we were also given the option to take care of it ourselves so we could avoid the charge for a service call. 5 stars, if I could do 7 stars I would.

Krause Heating and Cooling installed a new boiler and a new water heater in our home. The entire process was great, from the initial estimate process to the installation. All employees - and the owner - were professional, courteous, and friendly. We recommend this company.

We had Krause originally come out to look at our furnace that was having issues that another company couldn't fix after visiting 5 other times. They figured it out and got it fixed in 2 once they heard back from company that manufactured our furnace. On top of that we had them install a new water heater and AC unit for our home and couldn't be happier with the experience! From the information on what they needed to do along with the cleanup afterwards, they went above and beyond with it. Would highly recommend them for the services that they provide!
