I've used KeyMe at my neighborhood Menards several times with no problems until this week, the key I cut wasn't cut properly, so back to Menards where simply went back to the kiosk and called the Need Help toll-free number, to explain what happened and cut a new key. The new key worked, and just now I noticed a refund for the bad key. Don't hesitate use KeyMe you won't be dissatisfied and if something goes haywire they'll fix the problem.

I used the machine at Menard's on the west side of Duluth, MN. I requested a small key not in stock, that opens and closes thermostat covers at a church in Duluth where I work. I ordered the keys, and was surprised that they did not arrive at my house until December 29. That's a USPS issue, not yours. I took the keys to the church and tested all three. No problems. Thanks for extending the boundaries of the Menard's key creating.

The KeyMe "keyosk" was awesome! Very user friendly! Quick and simple to use. Keys were mailed as described in an unmarked envelope and received promptly. I would definitely use the service again!
