We were looking to purchase a piece of jewelry, but the lady behind the counter didn't seem to want our business. My husband stood in front of her for several minutes without even being acknowledged...she just kept pricing her items. As I joined him where he was, we watched this lady wait on another customer immediately when she approached the counter! Needless to say, we took our business elsewhere!

Definitely not the Jcpenney we have shopped at for years. Less sizes and choices to choose from. An adventure trying to find employees to help with questions. Less checkouts with long lines. The employees are definitely the shining stars with customer service.

I normally do not write reviews. Never saw the point unless it was a negative impact or positive. This was nothing but positive. I had quite a few questions and concerns about pricing and my account during check out. The level of professionalism displayed through Linda Lou, was top notch. She not only answered all my questions and concerns but she also helped me understand and to navigate any future challenges. She was warm and inviting. I felt like I was properly taken care of, I would keep an eye on her and hold on because I’m sure she has much more to offer.
