I work remotely for a company that's not based in Duluth, but I had some work-related tax questions that were too complicated to Google. I looked up CPAs in town and when I called these folks, I was assured James would call back to answer my questions. As promised, he called back that afternoon I am SO GRATEFUL that James spent his time to answer my questions, despite me not even being a customer of his. He was kind , thorough, understanding, and patient. I left the call feeling confident that I understood my next steps. If I ever need someone to do my personal taxes, I'll go to James in a heartbeat.
We have been a customer for many years, so I sent my last 3 years taxes off to another CPA to get a review and they came back saying they were great and clean. Great customer service and friendly people but above all else, my taxes are done properly, highly recommended........
I was referred to Jim a few years ago by a friend of mine. In the past I’ve tried several accountants for both personal and business but was never really satisfied with their services or strategies. Ever since I started working with Jim and Brady at James Hacking office I feel like I’m part of a team. They are extremely helpful with filing taxes, quickbooks, business strategies and making my life easier. Whether I call and leave a message or send them and email, they always get back to me and are able to solve my issue or answer my questions.
