All of them were so kind and helpful. Our hot water heater went out over night and we were lucky enough that they had an opening the next morning. Michelle in the office, was prompt in returning my inquiry, knowledgeable, forthcoming in cost, and even found us a new water heater! I was so comfortable having Dale & Trevor come into my home. They were so nice, answered all of my questions, and even showed me what things did and were called. We are so thankful that Guthrie was able to squeeze us in to replace our water heater, and make the process so easy! We will 100% be using them for all of our future plumbing and heating needs!
Easily the best plumber in the area! Dale inspected our system and deciphered the problem immediately. He implemented the most cost effective solution while providing quality parts and materials. After install he fully explained how everything works in a straight forward and understandable manner. Michelle was really fun to talk to as well. I’ll be going back to Guthrie Plumbing and Heating if I ever need work done in the future. Can’t forget about Dales little henchman Trevor. He’s a great guy too.
Great and professional work by both Michelle and Dale. At Michelle’s suggestion, I sent in pictures of my two toilets; one to be replaced and one that needed a new flapper valve. That greatly helped in the whole process. This is the first time I’ve used them to do work. Most satisfying experience. Will definitely use them again should the need arise.
