Empire Roofing replaced our roof a few years ago, we recently had an issue where pests were tearing up shingles. I called Empire and the next day Nehemiah showed up and fixed the damaged area, cleaned up all debris, and was friendly. Thank you Victor for getting us scheduled in quickly!
Our salesperson Patrick was very professional when reviewing our garage and house roof. Patrick explained what shingles they would use, warranty, when we could receive the estimate and time the project could get started. Im writing a review on behalf of my 83 years old grandfather that has dementia he got his roof redone by some contractors empire sent out there they said it would be about a days work took almost 3 days later to complete the job and my grandpa has dogs and so when my sister let the dogs out she seen lots of nails and stuff so grandpa asked them nicely to please pick up the nails and harmful stuff he would keep the dogs out front until its done no problems they said yes they got done cleaned there stuff up and on way out they said they would come back to clean up!
