I was mildly dismayed at the amount of wait time before we got in to see the doctor. Otherwise, it was a good appointment, and the wait time was perhaps an indication of the shortage of eye doctors in Duluth.
The entire team here is fabulous! I loved that Dr. Tyler thoroughly explained the tests being performed and showing/explaining the results. The team was professional but very down to earth and relatable. Benefits were clearly explained and no pushy high sales environment.
