Emailed them for heating zone issues with our Viessmann Combi boiler. They responded within an hour and scheduled a service visit for 2d later. Technician tried to flush heating zones but could not so advised us to heat rooms where pipes were located with space heaters. Eventually this thawed pipes and flow was restored. I would recommend this company based on this experience.

I highly recommend Design Heating for your next project. Their service is really 5 stars. I upgraded an old furnace and AC to an air source heat pump, and added a tankless water heater to replace my aging gas heater. They also moved the outside condenser location around the corner of the house. I couldn't be happier with the whole project, from start to finish. They were in and out in less time than scheduled and they stayed on budget, no extra costs. Kevin's bid was competitive. We had our geothermal go out on us this winter (2023/2024). We felt unsure about who to call for such a big project, and leaned on the reviews for Design Heating, as they were wholly positive.What happened was amazing. They responded very quickly, maintained clear communication while we had a compressor back-ordered, and kept the install process as smooth as butter. They took this project that felt looming and dreadful for us and put it squarely in the hands of their professionals, which in turn alleviated so much of our stress.
