I reached out to Design Heating in 2012 after my former HVAC company made the decision to only do commercial HVAC and stopped servicing our home heating needs. Design heating has been providing our needs with our Triangle Tube boiler when no other HVAC company wanted to. I cannot say enough good about the service, response, quality, professionalism, and concern for their customers. You won't find a better HVAC company in the area.
I do routine maintenance on my geo system through Design Heating. They are good at communicating about arrival times , easy scheduling and professional service. These folks know geothermal systems well.
I called Design Heating to come out and repair our mini splits. Our heating and cooling systems were installed by Northstar Heating who refused to stand by their work, so I needed someone reliable to work with. Design Heating set up a time to come out and look at the system to determine the issue. Since Northstar had already charged us $1,300 to find the problem and correct it, they refused to come back and do the repair unless we paid another $1,600, Jamon was able to determine what was needed and then got the part ordered.
An appt was set to make the repair. Jamon installed the new part and did all the necessary steps to make sure they were up and working again....read full review
