I had a day of dealing with a lot of people that used the "I don't know' response to questions they should know the answers to. Very frustrating. When my business internet went down, I was braced for the same response and to be transferred multiple times before I got resolution. To my surprise and delight, Will and Miles dealt with my problem immediately and even gave me a direct line to call back once I had confirmed that what they suspected was the case. I was not on site when this occurred, so I was going back and forth with my manager onsite and Will and Miles. Outstanding work as usual. We have come to trust Jared for any work but even more so with jobs like this last one. His combination of networking, computer, and firewall skills make him a perfect choice for St. Croix County.
