We are new to the area and have had two excellent service experiences with Comfort Systems. They arrived early in the designated time period and performed the needed service and repair effectively and efficiently. They explained what they did and answered all the questions we had (we are new to boilers). We’ve never lived anywhere that had this type of service and we really appreciate it.

Every time I've had interactions with anyone fr comfort systems..through the yrs...everyone has always been very helpful..even when once when I thgt i had smelled gas and the young man that came out to check....even tho it was quit late he was very kind and took care of the issue rg away..it was nothing serious....👍

Failed to send us a bill for our initial deposit months ago, never notified us that the bill was unpaid. They only realized it was unpaid after they moved to a new system (which still isn't working very well) and sent someone to shut our water off in the middle of the week (also without notice). Payed the bill immediately , haven't even been late on any of our regular payments. Then after one of us spent 5+ hours calling them they finally agreed to send someone over so we wouldn't have to wait 5 days until the next Monday to turn it back on. 2/5 because there is literally no other choice.
