The best thing this place ever did was bring in Norgard. He was the doctor who saved my baby’s life and dealt with my pregnancy from hell with humor, compassion, and complete understanding at Lake Region, and myself and several others have followed him to Detroit Lakes. I drive over an hour to see him, and I do so willingly. He’s the best doctor I’ve ever worked with and ever had. I’m so thankful for him. I no longer have any parts that would need him, but he’s willing to help me through some other medical issues. I don’t have the words to describe how grateful I am to this man. I jad a major ear infection flare up last week. Causi g me to miss work. I have a chronic ear disease ive been struggling with for 40 years. When i first moved here in 2010 i went to essentia. Everyone always told me that was where to go. Stay away from sanford. Granted my mom at the time worked for essentia so that could have been part of it. Well recently i went to urgent care at essentia the doc didnt listen to me and ended up prescribing meds that didnt work. Made things worse. My wife is a fan of sanford.
