I spoke with Robbie at Lakes Computer regarding a complicated problem. He was easy to talk to, didn't speak in jargon or make me feel like an idiot. I found him helpful, honest and he guided me in the direction I needed to go. I would certainly go back to Lakes Computer for future IT needs.
What a great place. Our daughter’s laptop had a accident and she had to use it for home school classes . Not only was it repaired fast and works great she went the extra mile. If you ever need someone to repair your computer I would highly recommend her. Thank you so so much.
