Such a good experience! I called with my problem and they fit me in the same day and gave me a ride home so I didn't have to wait at the shop! Excellent customer service by Adam in particular, he kept me in the loop the whole time including before any repairs were done to make sure we were good to go ahead.
They’re very honest with repairs needed. They will show you the picture of the item needing to be fixed. Will give you an estimate right away with what you need fixing.
Very friendly staff. Will tell you when you walk in to make your self at home. You can watch tv while waiting. Have a pop or coffee, hot coca.
They also have an area you can plug your phone or computer in. I give them a 10/10.
I was very pleased with the service my vehicle recieved and also that the service desk person was really helpful. While changing my oil some other checkups were done. He helped me understand the issues, ran some estimates for future work & answered all my questions. Overall it was a good experience, reasonable pricing & great customer service!
