There was daylight showing at one end of the garage door and I was concerned about rodents. I called on a Sunday evening and left a message and by Monday afternoon a very polite and pleasant repair person was here to fix my garage door. The cable on our OH door rusted out and broke. Service was completed within 24 hours. Also was proactive and checked other OH door and replaced cables on that door which were also rusting out. I have used JLR before and have no complaints.
