The staff are helpful and upbeat. I took my mom in for a shampoo and style, and with an appointment it was easy. The website wasn't exactly clear so that took a while to figure out, and we selected the wrong service to begin. The staff in the shop helped us figure out what to do next time. This place is always busy, so I would recommend having an appointment. It's in a really awkward shopping center where parking can be hard to navigate, but there is plenty of parking.

I think everything was good. Especially the hair wash. Kelli was very kind and fun to talk to. Even with me being a nervous person. Helped me change up my style too which I liked very much. A+ Kelli, Thank you!

Tory is the best!! She does an amazing job with eyebrows, cuts and color! She always makes me feel welcome and goes into details about how my hair is gonna turn out and what we need to do ! Always asks about my day and makes conversation with me never leave disappointed! Got my hair colored today and it’s amazing! Brows are on point as well! Thank you Tory!
