Crosslake Veterinary Hospital is a trusted and caring animal healthcare provider that has received positive reviews from satisfied clients. The hospital's skilled veterinarians, such as Dr. Sedivy and Dr. Johnson, are praised for their excellent diagnostic and treatment skills, as well as their ability to educate and answer clients' questions. Clients appreciate the hospital's prompt service, especially in emergency situations, and the caring and considerate approach of the entire staff. They are grateful for the care given during urgent cases, such as stitches for a Labrador retriever or assistance in emergency situations at cabins. Even pets that are anxious or difficult to travel with are well cared for, thanks to the staff's understanding and compassion. While the pricing may be higher due to the hospital's location in a more rural area, clients feel the quality of care justifies the cost. Overall, Crosslake Veterinary Hospital is highly recommended for its exceptional service and commitment to the well-being of its patients.
We had a minor emergency with our dog Bronco last night. He had a fish bone embedded in his tongue! We used the VetTriage system which was wonderful! We do not normally vet at Crosslake but they were on call last night. Dr. Bentz and Lilly were wonderful. They were thorough, pleasant, and very kind. Highly recommend!
Exceptionally good bunch. compassionate, Dr. Lein and the whole staff is willing to go the extra to provide care above, and beyond what I have experienced with other vets. Great office staff, and medical people. I can't recommend them enough.

Everything about our experience was beyond fantastic, not including the reason we had to utilize services: porcupine quills in our dog's nose. The staff were great. Facilty was clean. Care was provided with professionalism and kindness toward our pet and ourselves..
