Had a medical emergency with our 14 month old lab while on a fishing trip 4 hours from home. Got a hold of Crosslake Saturday morning and they got us in right away! Dr. Sedivy did any amazing job diagnosing and taking care of my pup! Great facility and team! Caring and considerate group! Would definitely recommend!

Our pug, Ruphus, met with Dr. Lien for various mast cell tumors. She did an excellent job at educating us about treatment options for him, along with answering all of our questions. She is wonderful at her job! We couldn’t be happier or more satisfied with all our positive interactions with Dr. Lien and all of the fantastic staff at Cross Lake. Thank you for all that you do!

I trust my pet with this Vet hospital. They seem to care about my pet's quality of life. They follow up after the visit and promptly gave my bloodwork and urineanalysis results within a few days of the visit. They gave me a clear diagnosis and gave me a course of action. They take the time to allow me to voice my questions during the visit and after. The only thing I dislike is the price but since it is a Vet Hospital in a more rural area it is hard to know what the price should be so maybe it is typical. For transparency, in Jan 2024, it cost me $68 for a comprehensive exam and $201 for full blood work + urineanalysis (cat). They did offer a smaller bloodwork panel for...read full review
