Very prompt in responding. The communication on what the problem was fast and understandable. Took care of the problem quickly and provided temporary heat until the furnace was replaced!
Busy july 4th week. They made time to stop in and check out our mini split hvac unit. They took the time to find the leak, add freon and the unit was up and cooling off the large room again. The 7 young adults were very appreciative to have the A/C working again with the mid- upper 80’s temp. The tech went through the steps he needed to determine leak, find leak and refill with freon.
They were awesome communicators and very courteous in explaining issues and resolution.
