“This place has not been burned to the ground by a grease fire in like 8 years. That being said, RBJ's is kind of like the US stock market, in that it pretty much does well overall most years, but once every eight to ten years it is completely destroyed in a grease fire. So really, it's due for a catastrophe. But brunch here is great. And historically the grease fires have struck during the off hours, so risk is very minimal to customers, so don't let that deter you.“
