Very pleasant experience with Kimberly, felt heard and taken care of, even with myself being a picky client! Clean environment, nice staff, and very accommodating offering drinks and entertainment!

I accidentally left my anklet after receiving my pedicure and the next day I messaged them and they were super helpful and kept it safe for me. They’re amazing! Great customer care and service. Will be coming again and recommending!

Kimberly was detail oriented. She made sure I was liking the outcome through the whole process. The Omi Nail Lounge is clean and has a amazing selection of colors. I will definitely be going back.
