Jay is great to work with! I had consistent pain in my upper shoulder/neck area for 2 months straight and after 2 appointments with Jay I feel almost back to normal. He knew exactly what was wrong and how to fix the problem.

Jay is amazing! When I first met with Jay I could hardly turn my neck. I was in constant pain and wasn’t able to sleep. Jay takes the time to figure out exactly what is wrong. He immediately started me on exercises that would regain my range of motion. Once I had full range of motion back in my neck and shoulders he gave me exercises to strengthen those muscles. He is patient and kind when teaching you new exercises. He wants to get you back to a pain free life as quick as possible with no nonsense!
