Edit: After posting this review (which was initially 2-stars) I was contacted by the clinic manager and we had a good conversation over the phone. I felt heard and she was understanding of my situation, and she provided some solutions for me if I were to encounter this problem again. I appreciate that. I want to reiterate that my provider is fantastic and the people that I have spoken with on the medication management team have all been super helpful.
