I had a broken side mirror that needed to get fixed and system calibrated. Caliber got me in right away to get a quote and repairs done the week after due to the holidays. I was informed of every step and action during my repairs and got my car back at the promised time. I’ve had several experiences with auto body shops and this was painless! I had an estimate from the dealership for over $1100 and Caliber’s bill was a little over $800. They sent regular text messages to keep me apprised of each step. Then when I picked up my car I realized they washed the car and cleaned the interior!

After someone hit my car in a parking lot and damaged the passenger front fender, I took my SUV to Caliber Collision for the necessary repairs. The workmanship was excellent. They kept in contact with me regularly to update me on the progress of the repairs. The repairs included replacing the fender and repairing a small area of the bumper. Because of parking assist and adaptive cruise control with front view cameras, there was a need to recalibrate the electronics. Everything is functioning as it should and the workmanship comes with a lifetime warranty.
