I want to take a quick minute to give high praise to Precision Decks and their focus on the long term quality of their product. Precision Decks built our deck in 2015 and it was a great experience working with them, and we have had many years of great use of this deck. At the start of this summer, we notice that our deck stairs was in need of some repairs (due to the harsh winters taking a toll on it) so I contacted Matt at Precision Decks to see if they could schedule us in for repairs. It's easy to give a 5 star review when everything goes well. The real test is if there is a hiccup and how it is resolved. We had a minor incident which could have become a problem. It was corrected quickly and professionally

My wife and I cannot recommend Precision Decks enough! We first met with Chris last fall, after meeting with several other companies. Chris was personable, very knowledgeable about our options and the process, and came up with ideas we hadn’t even thought of. Chris produced a design proposal for our deck and porch that surpassed our expectations, and he maintained constant contact throughout the whole building process. The team and crew that showed up everyday were professional, friendly, highly skilled, and very clean. Working with Kyle was an absolute pleasure, and would update us weekly on our project.
