The customer service is top notch! From the beginning with emailing Lyndsay, to Nick coming out to talk us through and draw up a design, Matt keeping us informed about the progress of the deck and Bill and his team doing an amazing job at building our deck! The quality of the deck is fantastic! The structure is so sturdy we know we will be using it for many years to come without issues. Thank you for the wonderful addition to our home!!

Reviews
We had a great experience with precision from sales through completion. They handled everything start to finish. They were very organized with timelines having to work around sod being laid. We were very impressed with their knowledge of products and construction.
Chad and his son Michael built our deck. They did an excellent job, always on time, very friendly and always explaining what they were planning to do during the process. The deck is extremely well built and we have no hesitation in recommending Precision Decks, and Chad and Michael.
New Timbertech deck installation project was on time as quoted. Sales, install crew, and project manager were very professional and friendly. The deck installation is very high quality and exactly as drawn up. Extremely impressed with overall communication with the company, something you don’t typically see from other construction contractors. There is no better deck building company in the Twin Cities than Precision Decks!
