Excellent experience!! Highly recommend!! I don't generally hire professionals for much, because I grew up in a family without much financial means, so we fixed things ourselves. However, our oven stopped working and six months before that, the convection fan stopped working in the oven; I didn't have time to investigate, troubleshoot, and repair myself, so I emailed Andy on a Sunday night. He responded the next morning and scheduled an appointment with me for the following morning. He showed up early, quickly diagnosed the problem, and ordered the part. Professional and communicative. It was the only company interested in repairing an appliance older than 10 years. Brought our stove back to life for a tiny fraction of buying new. Will call again!

If you need something done, leave it to Andy! I had a minor repair that no other company was willing to do. I called Andy and he out to fix my appliance the next day! He was so kind and knowledgeable. I will call him again in the future and would recommend him to others! Thanks, Andy!
