Gotta give credit to these guys, only one other KW has been as good and we've been to many all over the country. We came in with an air leak today. They had it in, diagnosed, and 2 airbags replaced, all within 3 hours. That's amazing! Workers gave updates on progress and were all friendly. There is a nice drivers lounge with coffee and microwave, vending machines, plenty of seating, and BLESS THEM, a multitude of conveniently placed plugs for charging. There are also 2 washers and dryers and a shower as well as direct access to a nice outside seating area so you can get a couple things accomplished while you wait.
