I cannot say enough good things about this company. Not only are they helpful and knowledgeable, they are also transparent about their pricing from parts to labor. They are detailed in their explanation. I used to use Centerpoint's HSP and as long as these folks remain in business, I won't go with another HVAC company. Friendly, kind, fair and responsive. I'll update more as the process continues, but thus far, 5 stars all day.

Just had my furnace serviced after it kept shutting off. I couldn’t believe how quick they were able to help me, and didn’t push for replacing when not needed! Highly recommend using this business.

Our furnace was out when I returned home from work in the evening. Paul, the tech was at our home, fixed the furnace and was on his way within about an hour of me placing the call for help. Our experiences with Peterson Pinney have always been this great! Thanks for helping keep my family warm!
