Always love the quality of the items offered there. The variety always makes me know I will find not only what I need. But, also save enough money to get some extras. I highly recommend visiting this business.

This is my favorite place to shop. Today I went as needed a new dress for a special time. I took my husband who helped pick out 4 dresses. Not much fun with a mask. Than I asked what the return policy was now. No returns so I left them and went to Kohl's. So disappointed as I loved the dresses.

Incredibly awesome staff. I had placed a large order online and we had been hit by an ice storm a few days earlier. I was contemplating how to get my order out to my car when two sales people stated they would help me. They told me to pull my car up then they loaded it for me. I was so very thankful! Every other time I've shown up to make a purchase or return something, the staff are genuinely helpful and considerate. I love shopping this JCPenney.
