I called half hour before closing and he was kind enough to give me time to get son and dog in car and race over for my laptop. Stayed open past closing to get me taken care of. above and beyond what I expected.
I can’t say enough positive things about the expertise and professionalism I have received from John at Granite Country Computer Repair. I ran into a problem with a new computer I received at work and wasn’t able to resolve my problem. One quick call to John and problem was solved. I have taken several computers to him for repair and each one ran better than it did right after I first got it. Having problems with your computer? Take it to John!
