Kind and compassionate and comforting. They go above and beyond! I was upset with some news about my pup. They wrapped her foot with a pink wrap. I said “look it’s pink my favorite color”. The next time I went in the put pink on again with a beautiful heart. This touched my heart so much. Yes there were tears. Pink everytime after! I can’t say enough about this place
The staff performed a house call for us to put down our family pet. The staff explained everything well and what to expect. The staff took the time to patiently proceed with the procedure. The staff made us feel like we were their only patient and took time to let us say goodbye.
We’ve been clients for approximately 20 years. Clinic is clean and conveniently located near downtown Cold Spring. While we love Dr Dennis and Dr Traci, all staff members (especially the reception staff) are stellar, and seem to genuinely care about our dogs.
