Wonderful person to work with! I called Paula in a bind. I had a last-minute plant order that cancelled 4 days prior to my son's wedding. Paula searched her suppliers however could not find the plants I needed. What was over the top customer service was she was willing to close her shop, go home and dig the plants I needed from her own home!!! Turns out that I found the plants somewhere else that day but wanted to write and express my sincere appreciation for Paula going above and beyond!!!! I will keep using her for any of my floral needs. Thank you! Linda

Paula did a wonderful job with flowers for my mom's funeral. The flowers were so perfect and fragrant. They brought tears to my eyes. They also perfectly matched her urn! Thank you, Paula!

Cold Spring Floral was amazing with the flowers for my dad's funeral. It was a very quick turn around, and the flowers were perfect! My dad would have loved them, and they were so thoughtful and kind during this difficult time for us! Thank you!!
