We have needed a tech to our house twice this winter. Both times they arrived promptly. When we needed to replace the furnace they offered to get us heaters for the night as we would be without heat. They were great at letting us know our options for getting a new furnace and gave suggestions on how to finance it if needed. They had a new furnace the next day. They took out old furnace and had new one installed and running in one hour and fifteen minutes. We will recommend them to any one in need of furnace work.

We had Mr Furnace come the end of October for a preventative service call. They cleaned Furnace and installed a new blower. Our Furnace is a dual fuel Furnace, electric and gas. When the electric company switched us to propane the Furnace would not work. We called Mr Furnace about the problem as we had no heat. This was the beginning of December, a little over a month since they had serviced it. There was a port for the exhaust fan pressure switch that was blocked. He cleaned it and the furrnace worked. We had Mr. Furnace install a new AC and furnace, and did a great job. They were quick to respond with questions and return to the warranty out a faulty product part. Highly recommend and the customer serivce is great.
