After a very bad experience somewhere else, I've always done my own hair. My hair has always been 1 of my biggest priorities. So to trust someone else was a big deal for me. I ended up leaving in tears of JOY!! I was beyond happy with my experience. I warned Gina that I had BLACK BOX DYE in my hair. She got me to the blonde I wanted no problem!
