Purchased a miele vacuum from Sara's vac shack through Amazon as a Christmas gift for my mom. In January, a piece of plastic broke off the extension wand. After contacting Amazon and miele, I was told to contact a local authorized dealer for the warranty to replace it. I contacted my local dealer in Pennsylvania, and after 7 weeks, I still hadn't heard anything about the replacement. I received the run around since I hadn't purchased it from the local dealer(sorry Sara's had a better price). I called Sara's vac shack on Wednesday and explained my problem.
