I could not be happier with the entire process of getting my generator installed!

From the initial fast return contact to the bid process to the installation by a great staff of guys who let me know they were coming and kept me posted thru out the process.

It was simply an amazing experience from initial contact on July 22 2026 to finish on July 29 2026!

Service technician Mike Johnson was most personable & knowledgeable. It took us quite a few phone calls to get onto the generator service calendar. But once we did, the service was wonderful. We are signed up for annual service.

I have 2 Generac generators that were purchased from Clearbrook Electric. Tommy Lewis was my contact for both installs. Everything from the initial conversation of purchasing the generators to the final install was done professionally and efficiently. Recently, I had an issue with my generator at my lake home at 1:30 am in the morning. I texted Tommy at that time and he was at my location that same morning at 8:30 to address the problem. His shop is 2 hours away from my lake home. Clearbrook Electric is very focused on making sure their customers are always taken care of.
