Adam is by far the best home inspector I have used in 20 years of selling houses. He is excellent at going over deficiencies in a home with out alarming the buyer, he is educated in the house buying and selling process, so he understands the importance of the inspection, process, and teaching the buyer important things regarding home maintenance and care. He does a thorough job on his inspection reports from the illustrations, recommendations and photo's. My client's have been very impressed with his services. He makes a possibly stressful home inspection process enjoyable.
