Pick up has been reliable and later for me to sleeping if I forgot to place the container out earlier. With only one person living here, a smaller container and less expensive cost would be a great adjustment.

The representative was very pleasant and easy to work with. So nice to have a person answer whose first language is English. It made our conversation so much easier than calling other businesses can be.

I was able to work with the Albert Lea, Waste Management crew this past spring during their 'Annual Spring Clean-up', and the 'Citywide Clean-up'. Thanks for allowing me the opportunity to be apart of such a great crew! Keep up the great work!
