I've used Independent twice in the past four years for some minor residential work. They do a good job, are prompt, and are affordable. Worth getting at least an estimate from them, the end work is solid.
If I could give a million stars, I would. Not only did Ryan come out on a Sunday, in a snow storm, in less than 30 minutes, but he was incredibly kind and he gave us something you can’t put a price on. He fixed multiple issues with ease, taught us how things worked, explained what went wrong, and gave us instructions in regards to the project we were working on. Ryan took the time to talk with us and I feel like I got way more out of his time than I expected. We are first time home owners and trying to figure things out as we go, so this experience was incredibly helpful. The price was INSANELY reasonable, especially considering the circumstances.
