“As any attender of this facility knows it is one of large. Thus being said my experience was delightful however I ran into an issue where I found myself being late to a meeting in a convention as doing so I therefore left a very important piece of needed equipment into my room the oldest mistake in the book one might say .. it was in fact the key card and my wallet inside the hotel room. It was locked behind me never to be opened without the proper key card
Oh how I was in so despair. I traveled long from Denver Colorado. Only to find myself locked out of my room 420 building 5.
And then was left in a very difficult predicament ..
.. as I walked toward the front desk I was greeted with the same friendly and familiar face. one that I had seen prior that evening. It was the person that checked me into begin with.
This individual recognized me and vouched My existence thus saving not only myself time but also help a best buy employee one of the highest regards to the company the ability to get to desired meeting by givin a key to the room. He did this all with such Grace held no resentment toward my mistakes but was understanding and forgiving and quick to action. (Also having a copy of my id helped)
I am forever in this individual's debt.
As I was leaving you quickly turned back to ask for his name he replied it's John. And I couldn't help myself but leave a review in hopes that one day His management shall reward him greatly and I wish blessing on him for generations to come.
