Anyone else received a screen (as pictured) with dire audio that says “you must call the number…” ”Yeah, right…” My uh-oh moment happened just this week.? Since I’ve had Ernest repair laptops before, I called him. He did a bit of Q&A and said he could likely fix it since I hadn’t “called the number”. Next day, he calls me with “it’s ready to go”. He saved all the data and answered a bunch of questions for me as well. ? Bottom line, he saved my BOTTOM!! A+ service. I was having a ton of issues with my iMac and they did an amazing job. Was very happy with the communications and how they worked with someone with not a ton of computer knowledge. Will definitely go back if I ever have problems again.

Ernest has been my "IT GUY" for about 10yrs. I still come to Chaska from S. MPLS for him.That's how amazing his service/work is. He has built 2 laptops for us & helped w/ other random issues as well. I refer everyone to him.
